How can we help?

Accessibility

If you have access needs for the building or any other element of the course, please let us know, and we can talk about how we can best accommodate you. We have particular experience working with students with dyslexia and neurodiversity.

The Bath campus is not wheelchair accessible, comprising 3 levels accessed via stairs with front entrance and garden also using step access. The Grade I listing on the building means access alterations cannot legally be made, but we will work with students to provide physical and digital accessibility wherever possible. All of our courses are available either as a remote training option (Full Stack Track, Data Science & Machine Learning, Intro to Python) or at an alternative, wheelchair-accessible location (Intro to Agile).

We are accredited as Disability Confident Committed, level 1.

Mental health

We are accredited as a Mindful Employer and have experience teaching students with a range of mental health and neurological needs, such as autism, ADD, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. If there is anything you are concerned about or need from us for a positive learning environment, please let us know. We have an open attitude to mental health for both staff and students, and are always available to talk.

Diversity

We aim to provide a positive learning environment for all students regardless of gender, sexuality, age, race, background or religion. Currently around half of our students are women, as well as half of our trainers.

We actively encourage a wide range of people to study with us for new careers in tech, and believe that the wider the range of people, the better the team. We are signatories of Tech Talent Charter, MotherBoard Charter and Tech She Can Charter, and work with various other organisations to support diversity and inclusion.
